- Fodder factory with the production capacity of 200 tons per day so as to respond to the fodder necessities of the project.
- Factory for recycling animals’ leather to be used for industrial purposes.
- Factory for producing chemical fertilizers and recycling livestock manure (dung).
- Modern slaughterhouse on an area of (37,500m2) with all its sections and with the capacity of slaughtering 170 big livestock (cows) and 2,500 small livestock (sheep and goats) per a day.
- Modern a cold storage facility for storing meat.
- Water solution unit.
- Veterinary laboratory and consultancy as well as provision of the entire medical treatments for the livestock; in addition to building a health center for the herders and dealers working in the project.
- Combustion unit for burning dead animals in a healthy modern manner inside the project.
- Waiting lounges and car parking lots for the dealers working in the project, drivers and visitors coming to the project.
- Supermarket and several shops/stores at the entrance of the project for trading and providing fodders as well as farmers’ and herders’ entire necessities.
- Livestock washing pools and also building a big store for storing hay and fodder.
- Weighing scales, ramps for loading and unloading big and small livestock as well as building parking garage for the livestock transportation trucks.
